Great Southern Scuba Co ships dive equipment from Cannons Creek, Victoria. This policy applies to online orders placed through greatsouthernscubaco.com.au.
Shipping destinations
Online orders are currently intended for Australian delivery addresses. If you need delivery outside Australia or have a special freight requirement, please contact us before ordering.
Dispatch time
In-stock items are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment clears. Orders containing special-order, back-order, oversized, high-value, service, or supplier-direct items may take longer. If there is a delay, we will contact you using the details supplied with your order.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. As a guide, metro areas are commonly 2 to 7 business days after dispatch, while regional and remote areas may take 5 to 12 business days or longer. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where available. Some heavy, bulky, high-value, or unusual items may require a manual freight quote before dispatch. We will contact you if a separate freight quote is required.
Local pickup or special arrangements
